I can’t get my iPhone 13 pro max to charge with a MagSafe charger

Is there a setting I need to do for MagSafe charger to work on iPhone 13 Pro Max? I can’t get any to work on my phone.

Hello BryonMo,

Which power adapter are you using to power the MagSafe charging cable? They need 20W or more so a 18W or 5W adapter could be the issue.

Also, make sure to connect the MagSafe cable to power before placing your iPhone on it for charging to start.
