Is this a Used Device:

If this is a used device, then contact the person currently logged in to it. Have them log them selves out of this. The sis the site the would have used: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. They should have known better.

Are you saying you see an Apple ID that is relevant to yours in a vague way? Perhaps someone has the same name, and a similar-spelt eMail address?

If this is not the case, then what exactly are you looking to achieve.
