This is not an option.
Your iPhone model (iPhone 6 Plus) is incompatible with the most recent iOS version (iOS15). This is because it does not have the optimum hardware to run it. See Here: iPhone Models Compatible with iOS 15 - Apple Support
An iPhone 6 Plus isn't capable of 13 or above. To update it to 12.5.5, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
