About screen time passcode

We understand that you have forgotten the Screen Time passcode on your iPhone. If you have iOS 13.4 or later on your iPhone, you can reset the passcode. Take a look at this support article:

Thank you for your response. Looking at your screenshot, it appears that when you get to this screen in step 4 from that article, you are attempting to enter the old Screen Time Passcode. Is this correct?

If so, you should see "Forgot Passcode?" at the bottom of that screen. Tap that. You should then be prompted to enter the Apple ID and password you used when setting up the Screen Time passcode.
