I have multiple photo libraries. I know to choose one I need to hold down option key then select. When I do for one that is not the default library I get:
I can see the library listed in my pictures folder along with the default library. Anyone know what's going on. It used to work just like it was supposed to. I am running 11.6.

First try starting in safe mode, and trying to open it there.
If that doesn't help try repairing the library:
From the Choose Library window, select the library you want to repair, hold down the Command and Option keys, and click Choose Library. Photos asks if you want to repair your library, click "repair".
