I just removed my apple card on my phone. How can I change my Apple to another my phone?

You can sign on to your Apple ID (iCloud) on your new iPhone. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID as you did on your old iPhone. Then open the Wallet app and tap on the Plus sign at the top right. Your iPhone should then prompt you to add your Apple Card at that time.
