re installation of OS X

hello, bought a new Mac, old Mac is going to another.

whipped the old clean, now I want to install OS X again but I get the signal that a required download does not exist.

Required download missing Hi there, I recently inherited a Mac from the family and I am trying to erase the drive and redownload OS X El Capitan.
