Im trying to put iTunes on my Refurbished MacBook. It has been been updated to the latest iOS version but after downloading iTunes and trying to open the file it pops up with This update requires macOS Version 10.13.99 or earlier.

As pervious posters link out lines, what has happened to iTunes since Catalina.
Just for correctness - Apple Computers run macOS and iOs is for iPhones and other iDevices.
