iPhone 12 heatings while watching YouTube and normal usage

I purchased iPhone 12 on 02nd October 2021, I updated to iOS 15.0.1 on first day itself. My iPhone is heating a lot for normal usage even while watching YouTube also getting tooo hot. Please let’s me know what I should do. Is anyone facing same issue.

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF). 


(2)  If the above does not work then - You have a choice to wait for another Apple update and hope that fixes things OR return your iPhone 12 while you still can and get your money back.


(3) If none of the above work out then - You can contact ➔ Apple Support and address this condition.
