Backup issue

iPhone 12 Pro 256GB won’t back up to iPhone 13 Pro 256GB.

Updated the iOS, reset the phone couple of times, still not working.

I’m talking about iCloud backup. I’m talking about the phone memory itself.

iphone not backing up on icloud or computer. My wife's phone will not backup on the cloud or on the computer. She has 256 memory. I have updated, reset, phone and computer several times since Saturday. I bought new iPhone 15 and transferred data successfully after several attempts. Still can’t backup on either. iCloud backup adds another hour as estimated time and now says 15 hours and it has been backing up for 18 hours now

Backup iphone consume huge storage and still not finish Dear Apple, I have iphone11Pro 64Gb and current usage of the phone is 52Gb. Last night I plugged it to my Windows laptop and using latest iTunes to backup it. My hard disk had 230 Gb of free storage. Today's morning, I found that the backup folder size is 230GB and iTunes still showing backup In progress. So the backup is not completed due to no space available (my laptop's hard disk has only 4 Mb left) and I choose Cancel backup. Could you help explain & advise what I should do to backup my iphone successfully ? How could it possibly consume 230 Gb for backup my iPhone ? Thank you.

Please use the same Apple ID.

Restore your device from an iCloud backup

Turn on your device. ...
Follow the onscreen setup steps until you reach the Apps & Data screen, then tap Restore from iCloud Backup.
Sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID.
Choose a backup.
