Good day! I accidentally debited money for the PICSART app. I contacted support, the request was reviewed. The status says “money returned to the account”. In fact, I haven't received the money and it's been over 48 hours. Please sort it out and return my money

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


If the one used is no longer valid or the money came out of store credit, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
