What is the latest version of MacOS I can have on my MacBook Pro 15inc Mid 2012? And how do I upgrade to that version? I currently have have MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on Mojave or Catalina. The latest it can have is Catalina, but that doesn't support any 32-bit software.
