Is it a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you? Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a big charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.
Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

It was my son Devin Adu-Darko who made that Transaction. He has since cancelled it.
