Am not able to update my iPhone 8 with iOS 14.8 tried couple of times but still showing update failed

What are the probable reasons for update failure. The phone was in charging and internet in max speed (wifi)

if your iPhone cannot update check your storage if you have space to update.

If you still can't install the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, try downloading the update again: Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage. Tap the update, then tap Delete Update. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest update.
