Dual SIMs in iPhone 13
I currently have an iPhone XS Max which has a physical SIM card from T-Mobile and an eSIM from EE in the UK. Will I be able to continue with two lines from two different carriers on the new iPhones?

Yes, you will be able to do so as long as your iPhone is an Unlocked version (Not locked to a carrier) to accommodate two different carriers.
