Create a web mail address say with gmail services https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/27441?hl=en

And sign in as Apple ID in Mac / iPhone / iPad whatever is used , make sure web mail address is kept same as Apple ID and password .

You have to set up iCloud Set up iCloud on all your devices

The icloud account is set up , it can be accessed by signing in with Apple ID and password with its account credentials at www.icloud.com
