How do I move all pictures from phone to iCloud, and then delete them all from my phone without losing anything?

I personally do not consider storing photos to iCloud to be a safe step. ICloud is a synching service. This means that if you accidentally delete a photo from one device, it will be deleted from all devices. I suggest that you save important photos to your computer or an external drive....
