Why can’t I set up face recognition on iPhone 10?
I am trying to set up face recognition on my iPhone 10. I can not get past the screen which tells me to position my face in the frame.

It appears to be more common with iphone X which is why your next step is to contact Apple Support.
I dont have any evidence or inside knowledge other than it seems to be X or XS users most of the time.
I have tried everything in this article. It does not solve my issue. I can not set up Face ID. It will not let me get past the screen which tells me to position my face with the frame.
