Blue Box on Apple Watch Won’t Go Away

After updating to WatchOS 8, I turned on the new AssistiveTouch feature to give it a try. With this feature, a blue box appears to show what you’ve selected. I got tired of it & turned AssistiveTouch off & all Accessibly features but the blue box won’t go away. With this, my Apple Watch also announces everything but I don’t have this feature turned on. How do I get it to stop & the blue box to go away?

I have not. I will give it a try. Are (or were you) in the Navy? Pilot or navigator? I’m in the Air Force myself.

Others who have reported your problem, indicate that restarting the watch returns the display to "normal."
