CAN'T UPDATE WATCH

I haven't been able to pair my watch back to my iphone, it says there is an update available and when I try to update the watch it says I'm not connected to the internet. My phone is connected on wifi AND cellular

Can’t update Apple Watch When I try to update my watch from my phone it always tells me that my phone “is not connected to the internet” so it can’t update my watch. And when I’m connected to wifi it does the same thing. If it does semi try to connect it takes forever to load the software update.

My watch won’t pair with my phone it says it needs an update and when you want to update it says your not connected to internet or make sure your watch is not connected to another phone I can’t access it it’s like it’s new and I don’t know what to do My watch won’t pair with my phone it says unable to connect no internet but everything is working and it says make sure it’s not pared with another phone but it isn’t and it’s like new you can’t access the watch
