Watch issues after pairing with new iPhone 13 pro max

I’ve had two issues with my series 5 after pairing it with my new iPhone.

issue 1: the time doesn’t update regularly. I’ll look at the watch and it’s the wrong time. I have to shake it to get it to update. It did not do this before.

issue 2: after completing a work out I used to be able to scroll with the Digital Crown to see the stats and dismiss the summary screen. Now I can’t and have to swipe down with my finger. The Digital Crown does allowing scrolling in other apps.
