Voicemail

Why can’t l listen to my voicemail after pressing the cursor. The voicemail will not play.

Is it just not playing, or is it that you cannot hear it? Do you see the scrubber move and the time change? What troubleshooting have you tried? Do you see any error when you press the play arrow? Try restarting the iPhone, then trying again. If that does not help, then contact your cellular carrier. Voicemail is a carrier function.
