It said that my refund was sent back to my original payment method but I still have not received the refund

It said that my refund was sent back to my original payment method but I still have not received the refund after a couple of days. Is there a certain amount of time that I should wait or should I try to contact Apple about this.

Refunds can take 30 to 60 days.

Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

It can take 5 to 30 days depending on your method of payment.
