Unable to update the phone

Hi,

Hi,

I’m unable to update my phone even having best internet connection.

Everytime I’m getting unexpected error messages.

  1. If you are using a VPN turn it off.
  2. Make sure you have at least a 50% battery charge and preferably connect to power.
  3. Turn off Low Power mode.
  4. Make sure you have at least 6GB of free space.
