Inaccurate distance measurement

Hello, I have upgraded to WatchOS 8 this week on my Series 6 Apple Watch. In my first outdoor run after the upgrade (measures in the Fitness app) I have witnessed distance measurement that was at least 30% off (shorter) than what I normally get. Any suggestions how to fix this? Many thanks, Ondrej
