how do I get the cookies from my bank , can't sign in to account cause cookies are blocking the

m ?

Hi neila64,

Welcome to the Apple Community.


A cookie is a piece of data that a web-site puts on your computer.

(This is so your bank can remember you when you visit again. )


If I understand correctly:

Seems you have "Block all cookies" turned on, so you cannot receive the bank's cookies.


To allow cookies:

  1. Click on Safari on the left in the top menu bar
  2. Choose Preferences (the "hand" icon) from the drop-down menu.
  3. Along the top of the small window that opens, select the Privacy tab.
  4. Make sure Block all cookies is not selected (ie: not ticked ).( ie: if ticked, click the tick to untick).
