I do not see an option to create iCloud email account with my existing Apple ID . I have tried doing the same with my iPad, iPhone and via the iCloud web portal, but all in vain. Any specific reason for this is known ? Even in the iCloud settings “mail” or “turn on mail” option does not appear.

I also have the same problem I tried log into Apple ID and create a new Apple ID but that is not a option because it tells me that doesn't exist I just want to create a second iCloud mail beside the one I use now and later replace it !
