i have an old apple id with a gmail adress and i bought icloud storage and everything is saved to that but now i am using a new icloud email since i bought a macbook and i want to move my old id and stuff to my new icloud account

Merging Apple Accounts or transferring data is not officially supported, nor can it be done easily or completely.

Look into using Family Sharing to continue to be able to use subscriptions or items purchased with one Apple ID with other Apple IDs.
