- Go Here: Upgrade your iCloud Storage Plan - Apple Support
- As it Reads: "You're billed every month for your storage plan"
Recommend this to Apple:
Do your Part: Unfortunately, annual subscriptions is not an option, as of this reply. So, recommend to Apple that the make it such.
- Go Here: Feedback - iCloud - Apple
- Select: "Account" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: on why you want this to be an option
- Proceed form there as necessary
