Why can't see see the custom settings created in compressor in Final Cut Pro X? Only audio setting are visible!

Can you post a screenshot of what shows up in the dialog when you drag Compressor Settings to the sidebar, and a screenshot of your custom settings in Compressor?
What versions are you using? What OS, what FCP, and what Compressor.
Whatever is going on it does not look like a Custom setting has been created correctly:

this screenshoot show you the export in Final Cut Pro x using compressor, but the I don't understand why the custom folder is empty.
Why do you have that second Custom folder?
Update FCP and Compressor to 10.5.4 and 4.5.4.
Which second custom folder? I'm sorry but it's not clear to me.
In your screenshot, I see two Custom folders. I’ve never seen that before.
