My visa card has expired. I go to Payment and shipping on my iPhone, enter the password but I get no option to update the visa card info. I tried several times with my laptop but after I update it with the correct info, I still receive the message payment method expired. please advice

If you don't have any subscriptions, have you tried deleting the card, and adding it back? If you have a subscription, you need to add the new card, and then promote it to the primary payment method before you can remove the old card.

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in to see if that helps?

i have deleted the card and add it back but it did not work. I did not get it how I promote it to be the primary payment method?
