Attached is a screenshot of the notes app, and notably at the bottom of the screen the various options (such as taking a picture and adding it to the notes) has disappeared. I used this to scan PDFs, which was incredibly useful and I don’t know why the feature would have disappeared. How do I get it back?
iPhone 6, iOS 12
I just worked with Apple on this same issue. I had to go into my iCloud Notes folder then open a new note and the camera option was there.

Seems an iPhone 6 cannot update past iOS 12.5.4.
Wondering if this article from Apple Support is of any help in double-checking the "disappearance" ?
