iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) Shows compatible on the BigSur page, but not on compatible list?

My iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) shows compatible on the BigSur page, but when dl is clicked it says not compatible or not found. It is not listed on the compatibility table (yet?), so which is it?

Showing the OS is compatible on one page and yet really NOT compatible is both frustrating and could be confusing to some Mac users.

The compatibility list has not been updated, so is this Apple's way of saying my iMac is now obsolete?

A 2013 iMac is not compatible with Big Sur. The Mac App Store entry merely checks for the installed macOS version it does not do a hardware check. So its not really accurate unfortunately.

A 2013 iMac is not obsolete. Its not even considered out of support yet. It will continue to receive security updates to Catalina for at least to 2 more years, at which point it will be 10 years old which would be a good time to consider a new one.
