Has anyone run into this issue? Trying to delete a random png file (no icon just a default look) and I receive a message that states "The operation can't be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code -8062). I'm using an 5k iMac (late 2014) on 10.14.6 MacOS Mojave.

Hi Kevin, my notes on it...

  • Answer to error code 8062
  • I believe I solved this one. By CourneyD
  • When you have some items that needs to be downloaded from the cloud in the folder you want to copy to a harddrive, then you will get this error.
  • Once all the items have been downloaded(in other words, there is no longer a little cloud icon when in list view’ then the folder or files will copy as per normal. boom.
