My fitness app stopped working on my phone I still get the readings on my watch but it doesn’t transfer to my phone why?

Fitness app not syncing Since I updated my phone my fitness app data won’t sync from my watch. This is what happens when I open the fitness app. And it’s stays like that. Tried numerous things to sort it

I can’t figure out how to get my watch data from the activity app to show on the fitness app on my iPhone. I have tried turning out Bluetooth and I have tried turning of the tracking while restarting both the phone and watch, updating everything. What do I need to do to get my watch data to show on my phone? It’s been like two weeks and I can’t see any data. I’ve tried updating, restarting, turning Bluetooth on and off, turning off the tracking on the watch and then turning it back on. Nothing works. It’s a new watch and I’m ready to get rid of it cause it’s not doing what I want it to. Any real suggestions on how to fix this?

Unpair the watch,delete and reinstall the fitness app then re-pair the watch.
