Once you are approved, you have to accept the offer provided to you: click here-> How to apply for Apple Card - Apple Support
Once you accept the Apple Card will appear in the Wallet App on the iPhone you used to apply. If you applied online, and don't have an iPhone then you will need to add the card to another device such as an iPad or Mac.

Note that you won't be able to use the card in physical stores or request a physical card without an iPhone. You will be limited to online purchases from a Mac or iPad.
If you want a physical version then you need to have an iPhone with the card added to the Wallet app and then order one as explained in the support document you came from, then follow the steps in the support document to activate the card once you have it in hand.
