My iPad won’t delete my photos what do I do?

It just won’t delete them I don’t know why nothing pops up or anything they just come back It just won’t delete them I don’t know why. nothing pops up or anything they just come back I’ve tried to delete so many of them but they just keep coming back
I think I’m just 11 but never had a problem with my other iPads. I forgot to ask is it like because I The eighth generation or is it just something wrong with my iPad sorry I’m asking so much questions it’s just that I’m worried because I just got this last week so just asking and I’m sorry if I’m bothering you I know this is your job and don’t say it’s fine because I know I get annoying but thank you again for all the help and yeah thanks I’ll let you guys know if I need anything else by

What happens when you try? Do you see any error messages - and if so, what are they?
You may need direct in-person help so somebody can view exactly what is happening on your iPad. Do you have any open Apple Stores or Apple-authorized service locations near you?
