FaceTime/iPhone 12 Pro Max
Hello, I’m unable to FaceTime my husband. He can FaceTime me. I can FaceTime everyone else, but the icon to FaceTime him (and only him) isn’t available. To be clear, it’s there; it isn’t lit up.

Hello ~ Take a look here and delete and go back through setup and if problem persists go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support.
