I recently lost my apple watch, I was wondering if I could track it like ‘find my iPhone’ ?

Click here and follow the instructions; in addition, post notices around where you lost the watch, and if applicable, contact the Lost & Found department of the facility where you lost it.

Aside from using Find My, you can't track it.
