Big Sur installer keeps getting error msg.

I quit installer and shut down. Boot up and installer starts again and gets same error msg. Viscious circle.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

Point # 3 - What are the System Requirements ie: Empty Space Requirements specific to the Big Sur.

Point # 4 - Does the intended computer qualify for the upgrade.
