I can’t find screen rotation lock on iPad

It is the icon that looks like a lock surrounded by a semi-circular arrow in Control Center. Open Control Center by swiping down from the top right corner. See: Access Control Center on your iPad - Apple Support

I don’t have that icon in Control Center and I don’t have a rotation lock button on the side of my device. I have iPad 6 , iOS 14.7.1
