i have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and an Apple Watch series 3 LTE. Both show me what you see on the photos. It won’t show my activity it shows says

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling before and nothing.
UPDATE:
I was reading somewhere else to put the watch abs the phone on airplane mode and open the apps and then turn the switch everything on.
that worked!!
super weird. About 3 months that the fitness app hasn’t work (around the time I got the new phone)

thanks, but the Fitness app does not show me any other option to tap on.
Can you delete the fitness app and re-install it?.,you might have to unpair the watch for this.
