Fitness app

My fitness app on my iPhone won’t connect to the fitness app on my watch. I can’t view the information on my iPhone. It says I need to set up activity on my watch, which I’ve done already. Any ideas what to do next?

I open the fitness app on my watch and it shows my rings and medals, but on the phone it says “The Fitness app works with Apple Watch to keep track of your activity and workout history. To start using the app on vour iPhone, first set up Activity on your Apple Watch.”

Fitness app is not synced with Activity app Information about my activity is not available in the Fitness app on the iPhone and can only be viewed on the Apple Watch. Fitness app on the phone shows message that I need to set up Activity on my Apple Watch, but it is already set up on the Apple Watch

The watch doesn't have a fitness app only activity or workout apps.
