Toy Story movie will not load.

Toy Story will not play on my AppleTV. All of the other features play fine, Extras, Trailer etc... but when I PLAY movie from the menu screen I get a "Content Can Not Be Loaded" message on a black screen.

I've rebooted my AppleTV, unplugged it, tried from different AppleTVs in my house (I have several) and it just won't load. As far as I know, all of our other content loads/plays correctly (75+ movies, 20+ different TV shows with multiple episodes).

It's the only movie my kids want to watch and it hasn't been working for about a week... any help would be appreciated.

My Autistic son is encountering the very same issue on his iPad with Toy Story. He is getting very frustrated and angry. When I play Toy Story on my TV from my iTunes library I get a strange message that appears to be in Korean. See image. What the heck is going on?!! Is this an Apple Korean server issue? The other movies in my iTunes library play fine and don't display this message. Has Apple been hacked?

I would:

Log out of the Apple TV

Restart the device

Ensure the software is up to date

Log in again

If it still doesn't work, visit getsupport.apple.com

I eventually called Apple Support, visit getsupport.apple.com.

They had to escalate the issue to the engineers. I was told I should have an answer back from them in a few days.
