Restore Mode is not getting resolved - iPad 2018 Model

Less than one year used iPad 2018 model went to restore mode. It is been 5-6 months.

Believe me, till now it is not resolved.

I have called customer support more than 5 times

I have visited 2-3 Apple I care support centers.

But No Luck.

Resolution Given by Apple Icare support - Hard issues cannot be resolved!!

Literally, I lost hope in Apple products.

Can someone suggest to me whether the Restore mode issue can be resolved?

Please suggest in case of any Good service center, I am currently located in Karnataka- India.

Regards

Shiv

Yes, they do have a resolution for hardware issues. They replace the device if it is under warranty. If not, then you are offered an out of warranty replacement for a reduced price. While it may seem high, it is lower than the price of a new one, something other companies do not do for a device that is out of warranty. If you are not satisfied with that, you would need to take that up with Apple.

Then it is an out of warranty replacement. The cost, while close to the price of a new one is still not the same as a new one. If you do not wish to pay that price, you can either add a little more to it and get a new one, or you can stop using it.

You are not talking to Apple here. There is nothing any of us can do about the iPad failing or the price of an out of warranty replacement.
