where can I find built in soundtracks on iMovie?

When I browse media > music all I see are the downloaded music from my music library. I'm trying to add plain instrumental music to my iMovies

Click on Sound Effects in the audio pane and that will give you numerous jingles and songs to choose from. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Sound Effects pane and there are a few instrumental songs that you can use.
