Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply.
That is what I want to know.

I have one more question.

I think "turning on BHM" is the best.
My question is; should I Charge to Full Now?

99% of my time, I use Mac with Power Adapter.
Yesterday, I used it with battery for a while.
It's the reason for On Hold: 88%.

If I use Mac with Power Adapter in 99% of time, doesn't it matter if I keep On Hold: 88% or Charge to Full?

If you are near the mains leave it plugged in.

The BHM will prolong the life of your battery— it is recommended.

If you know you are heading out the door, and need the portability, then charge to full if that suits you.

What is the issue?

If you need the portability then >Charge to Full Now

The battery health management software (BHM) can put on hold your charging this is the new normal.

It interpolates your usage pattern, and can hold it at 92% 88% 84% 72% etc. however it deems best.

Click the battery icon in the upper right if you need 100% charge for portability

"When battery health management is turned on, your battery's maximum charging capacity might be limited. Although the feature is designed to improve your battery's lifespan, the limited maximum capacity might update your battery status menu to indicate a need for service. Your Mac calculates when to recommend service for your battery based on battery health management being continuously enabled."
