Charging MacBook
can I charge my MacBook M2 Air while it's shutdown? while in shutdown why it's not holding charge in 80%??

You can charge it at any time ... sleeping, running ... whatever.
How old is the Mac? If fairly new, with battery optimization turned on, it has yet to learn your charging habits. Once it does thato it will charge to 100%. Or you can turn optimization off. But to leave it on thought.
