Macbook Pro 13 2018 Screen

My laptop, while inside my water proof bag, absorbed some moisture and a bit of water through the screen and now, I see layers of water moisture on different layers. What should I do aside from traveling hundreds of kilometers away to get it checked by an Apple Service Center?

If you don't want to take it to Apple then at least let it sit for as long as it takes for the water to evaporate again. If you then can use it, fine, but if you have problems then you know where to go.
