Removing blank icon from my desktop

Hello, can anyone give me the step to remove blank icon from my desktop. I tried looking at youtube and apple community note but not successful.

Try this. Right click on it. Click Get Info. Scroll down to the bottom and if it isn’t already set change to read/write. Then try deleting it as usual.
